As a Post-Mining Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-mining process, from initial site assessment to final restoration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, environmental scientists, and contractors, to ensure that mining sites are rehabilitated to a state that is safe, stable, and ecologically sound.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the rehabilitation and restoration of mining sites, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
• Conduct initial site assessments to identify the extent of damage and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Manage the entire post-mining process, from initial site assessment to final restoration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, environmental scientists, and contractors.
• Ensure that mining sites are rehabilitated to a state that is safe, stable, and ecologically sound.
• Monitor and report on the progress of rehabilitation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement best practices for post-mining rehabilitation and restoration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that rehabilitation projects are completed to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-mining rehabilitation and restoration.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
• Proficient in using GIS software and other relevant tools for site assessment and rehabilitation planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to remote sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
