📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor machine performance and efficiency, providing regular reports to the production manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Garment Machine Technician or similar role.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing sewing machines.
• Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their specific maintenance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid certification in Garment Machine Maintenance (preferred but not required).
