📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and commercial tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and pursue high-value leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate leasing agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces and attract high-quality tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their needs and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and commercial leasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the retail and commercial landscape in Bali and Indonesia.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
