📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with Erajaya's strategic objectives
• Collaborate with the Commercial Learning Partner to design and deliver training programs
• Work with managers and team leaders to identify training needs and ensure effective program implementation
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth
• Leverage data and analytics to inform learning and development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
