📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee all legal matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on a wide range of legal issues.
- Ensure that all company operations are conducted in full compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Professional certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
