📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
