📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Good command of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
