In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sustainable supply chains and ensuring ethical practices throughout our operations. You will work closely with local communities, suppliers, and stakeholders to promote social and human rights standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social and human rights policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international standards.,Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to monitor and improve their social and human rights performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.,Lead and coordinate social and human rights initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and values.,Provide training and support to staff and suppliers on social and human rights issues, promoting a culture of ethical conduct.,Monitor and report on social and human rights performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with international standards, regulations, and best practices in social and human rights, and advise on their implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social and human rights, supply chain management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations in social and human rights, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian business environment and culture is a plus.
