📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quantity surveys for civil and roadwork projects, including cost estimation, measurement, and valuation.,Preparing and maintaining accurate cost reports, schedules, and forecasts.,Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.,Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost control measures.,Monitoring project progress and identifying any potential cost overruns or delays.,Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Mentoring and guiding junior quantity surveyors in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civil and roadwork projects.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, measurement, and valuation techniques.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
