MGM Bosco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Audit Specialist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting areas of risk and recommending corrective actions.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit processes and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal controls and making recommendations for improvements.,Conducting risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audit functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations.
