Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the general operations and administrative functions of the organization.
  • Assisting the management team in achieving strategic goals.

  • Handling employee relations and administrative tasks.
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
