As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Experience with remote management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology.
