Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Coordinate with our HR team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel domestically, if required.
