📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive start for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
