📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing updates on candidate progress.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
