📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control procurement spending to ensure we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure we have the right products and services when we need them.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Report on procurement activities and performance to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
