As an Outbound Renewal Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, you'll identify and reach out to policyholders nearing renewal, offering them competitive rates and personalized service. Your daily tasks will include prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact policyholders nearing renewal using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and insurance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of motor insurance products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
