Nest Space Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.,Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.,Oversee the development of technical drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that mechanical systems and equipment are integrated with other systems and equipment.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the reliability and availability of mechanical systems and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and testing.,Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software such as ANSYS or NASTRAN.,Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
