📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.,Provide support to the Training and Development Manager in various projects.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with training methodologies and techniques.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
