In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
