Store Zone Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Raya. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and used efficiently. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and used efficiently.,Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to optimize performance and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing, working closely with the maintenance team.,Provide support and assistance to drivers and other staff as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
