📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to senior management.,Handle warehouse maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.,Manage warehouse security and access control.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
