📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and inspections.,Support the Supervisor in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on operational status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety and quality management systems.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel within the region as required.
