📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily operations of the pharmacy and store, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage waste to minimize costs.
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using computer software and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
