📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support in financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
