📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
