📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing employee recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses,Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
