PT Indah Baskoro is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
